Paris DJs and Le Pigalle present the 3rd edition of their 'Tour Operator' weekly rendez-vous in Paris, with DJs Erik Rug and Loik Dury celebrating the release of the Paris DJs Soundsystem 15 CDs / 3 boxsets anthology 'The Dancehall, Rocksteady, Roots Reggae & Ska Experience', 'The Afrofunk International & Tropical Grooves Experience' and 'The Authentic Funk, Hip Hop, Jazz & Soul Experience'. This collection was crowdfunded at the end of the summer and finally sees the light of day. Victor Kiswell, one of the world's top record diggers (check his Paris DJs mix here) helped them build a strong musical identity, and even hand-picked a selection of LPs for each room — all turntable-equipped. Travelling music lovers should take note: this place knows that vinyl is good for you.
Every thursday, the Paris DJs collective will take over the turntables in the lobby for a weekly residency of their finest soulful & groovy selections. DJs Erik Rug and Loik Dury will be the operators for this third edition on december 17th. That's thursday and it's the last one this year so be there or see you in 2016!
