North Mississippi All Stars - "All Night Long" & "Shake 'Em On Down"

Le nouvel album des North Mississippi All Stars est sorti, c'est déjà le troisième mais on ne va pas se presser. Et comme après avoir écouté 2-3 tracks il a l'air aussi pourri (dans le sens Radios FM ricaines) que le second, "51 Phantom", on en parlera pas. Le premier, en revanche, "Shake Hands With Shorty" était et est toujours terrible, un blues roots vivifant et donnant envie de prendre la route sur le champ (façon de parler). Deux titres extraits de ce premier album sont disponibles sur leur site, "All Night Long" & "Shake 'Em On Down", malheureusement en 64 kbps stereo... (juste histoire d'écouter 10 secondes donc). En bonus pour ceux qui auront quand même fait le détour: 2 tracks acoustiques enregistrés en Septembre 2003 sur la radio WBOS, "Be So Glad" et "Eyes". Manque de bol: c'est du folk-rock sirupeux dans l'esprit de leurs prods récentes. Super bof.
